At LFH, we credit our success in a notoriously difficult niche (sub-50-key hospitality) to our team’s diverse range of expertise within both the traditional & the ultra-boutique hospitality sectors. Rigel Bitterman, CEO & Founder

Rigel, the driving force behind LFH, is not only our Founder but also serves as our CEO, leading the charge across all facets of our business. With an impressive track record spanning over two decades, Rigel is a seasoned hospitality leader and entrepreneur extraordinaire. His journey has seen him rise to National Director positions with several independent luxury hotel and resort brands, as well as with the renowned Kimpton Hotels.

Rigel's distinguished career also includes holding C-level executive roles in four different hospitality startups, one of which pioneered an industry-leading global management group for unique hotel offerings. As CEO of LFH, Rigel's passion lies in championing the unique vision of each partner property. He collaborates closely with executive teams and stakeholders to craft and execute long-term growth strategies that ensure our properties not only meet but exceed their full potential.

Nick Ovanessoff, Director & Technology Lead

As Co-Founder and Director of LFH, Nick has a remarkable blend of technical expertise and a vast background in the hospitality industry, bringing a unique perspective to our team with his passion for innovation. His journey has taken him through management and advisory roles at two of the world's leading hotels and C-level positions at two innovative hospitality startups. Notably, he also co-founded a groundbreaking enterprise technology company.

Nick's unwavering focus is on driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency for LFH's clients through the strategic adoption of cutting-edge technology. His vision extends beyond the confines of traditional hospitality, pioneering solutions that elevate operational performance and enhance guest experiences. With Nick at the helm of our technological endeavors, we are committed to pushing boundaries and setting new standards of excellence within the hospitality industry.

His international career with AECOM and Future Cities in developments, design & construction project management, coupled with innovative and sustainable lifestyle principles, guided him in swiftly identifying opportunities, assessing their risks and feasibility, creatively overcoming challenges, directing and navigating through sensitive design and approvals processes, overseeing and executing the installation while engaging with local contractors, stakeholders, and communities. Drawing from his own development projects ranging from placemaking hospitality activations, pop-up hotels, and State partner regional tourism campaigns to luxury residential developments; Lucky Find Hospitality projects and clients benefit from creative concepts, cost-efficient & impactful design, and seamless construction management.

During his time, he meticulously analyzed over 200 hospitality investment opportunities, ranging from $20 million to a staggering $1 billion. His portfolio of successes includes the strategic acquisition of prominent properties such as Camelback Resort, Sheraton San Diego, Vespera Resort, Fairmont Grand Del Mar, Blue Mountain Resort, and Martin Resorts.
