Rigel is the founder of Lucky Find Hospitality and serves as CEO, overseeing all aspects of the business. Rigel brings over two decades of high-performance hospitality leadership & entrepreneurship expertise to the team. Having held National Director level positions with several independent luxury hotel & resort brands as well as with Kimpton Hotels, in addition to holding C-level executive positions with 4 different hospitality startups, including an industry-leading global management group for unique hotel offerings. In his role as CEO, Rigel's focus is on championing the vision for each partner property while working with executive teams + stakeholders to develop & manage long-term growth strategies.

Nick Ovanessoff, Director

As Co-Founder & Director of Lucky Find Hospitality™ Nick oversees the sales, marketing & PR teams and is responsible for new business development by implementing innovative marketing and growth strategies. Nick brings a unique blend of technical expertise and industry experience gained from a lengthy hospitality background in management and advisory roles at several leading hotels of the world, and C-Level positions at 3 different hospitality startups in addition to successfully co-founding an enterprise technology company. Nick’s focus is to drive brand recognition + customer engagement, ensuring sustainable growth for all of Lucky Find’s partner properties. 

Lori Barsamian, Media & Marketing Strategist

A California coastal native, Lori's unique view of the world around her fosters a creative intuition and visionary edge that is captured in the beauty & boldness of both her photography and style. With a background in copywriting, a penchant for branding, and a constant thirst for travel, she utilizes social media to express her vision in the digital world. Lori’s award-winning photographs have been globally published and her articles garner millions of views. Lori has successfully launched strategic social media campaigns for some of the most innovative hospitality projects recognizable.

Anatoly Mezhov, Development Manager

Toly is a passionate explorer with a zest for life, sense of adventure, taste for organic food, quest for wellbeing, innovation, providing opportunity and community development. 

His international career with AECOM and Future Cities in developments, design & construction project management, coupled with innovative and sustainable lifestyle principles, guide him in swiftly identifying opportunities, assessing their risks and feasibility, creatively overcoming challenges, directing and navigating through sensitive design and approvals processes, overseeing and executing the installation whilst engaging with local contractors, stakeholders and communities.  Drawing from his own development projects ranging from placemaking hospitality activations, pop-up hotels, State partner regional tourism campaigns to luxury residential developments; Lucky Find Hospitality projects and Clients will benefit from creative concepts, cost-efficient and impactful design, construction, marketing and sellout developments.      

Irene Polo, Principal Interior Designer & Design Director

Irene is a qualified interior designer whose incredible eye for detail, elegant, natural, and timeless material selections, furniture and styling is what makes our spaces beautiful, calming and luxurious. An advocate for integrated health and alternative medicine drives Irene to source linens, room amenities and finishes that create healthy environments and holistic spaces. Her professional international career in commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield and Future Cities helps us to challenge the norm and develop creative commercial structures and partnerships.
