Rigel is the founder of Lucky Find and serves as CEO, overseeing all aspects of the business. Rigel brings over 16 years of high-performance hospitality leadership & entrepreneurship expertise to the team. Having held National Director level positions with several independent luxury hotel & resort brands as well as with Kimpton Hotels, in addition to holding C-level executive positions with 4 different hospitality startups, including an industry-leading global management group for unique hotel offerings. In his role as CEO, Rigel's focus is on championing the vision for each partner property while working with executive teams + stakeholders to develop & manage long-term growth strategies.
